Discipleship requires a mixture of structure and flexibility. Accordingly, we provide mentors with a series of Bible studies and suggest they use one early on in the school year. Along with these Bible studies, we encourage mentors to spend time with students in life-on-life interaction and serving together. We ask mentors to meet a student where they’re at and then challenge and encourage their growth in key areas such as involvement with a local church, engagement with God’s Word and development of godly character.
Do you have a curriculum that mentors use?
